**Update: They resolved it by refunding me, however, I'll keep this review since the entire process was a pain. The customer service rep who refunded me was polite and professional but I cannot say that about everyone else I dealt with.

Purchased tickets for CN Tower. I advised the employee that I was eating dinner there and he should have advised me that the tickets are free when you're eating at the 360 Restaurant. I called them while I was eating dinner, 500 metres above, and they said to drive over after and get a cash refund. I went over there and the employees at the booth said that they couldn't refund me anymore because I already exchanged my tickets for blue CN tower tickets. They have said that over the phone (when I was speaking with a manager). I lost $80 and two hours of my valuable traveling time).
