This was a cute resort and we were happy yo find it. We'll stay again when we Ski at Lutsen but the 3 star review is because on this particular visit we went to ski on Friday morning around 9am and when we returned in the afternoon our hotel room was left wide open. All of our personal belonging were left exposed and on display.....and the room wasnt even cleaned. I had left my purse and everything else in the room. I called the front desk and left a complaint but the when I went outside again the cleaners weren't even at our villa so they had gone down 3 houses to clean while leaving our room wide open. I have never had an experience like that. I'll assume it was an accident.
