They've done competent work for us (though, in one case, it was wildly expensive and totally unnecessary), but be forewarned. If you buy their service plan but eventually stop using it, they will call you every single day for the rest of your life, like telemarketers. They can't take a hint. It's seriously crazy. Their daily calls have guaranteed that we won't use them again.
