Lakes customer service is horrible. They came to repair my samsung refrigerator on friday and although they thought they fixed it, they did not. When i called twice the following monday to set up another appointment no one got back to me. Dont know how Samsung can partner with such a bad company. Maybe Samsung doesnt care?
