My experience with HSBC USA has been a mixed bag. On one hand, their online banking platform is easy to use and their customer service representatives are helpful. On the other hand, I have had some issues with my accounts that took longer than expected to resolve. Overall, I would say that HSBC USA is an average bank with room for improvement.
