Abysmal. This is one of the many words in which I would describe my and others around me experience at Jupiter Medical Center. I went in the ER for Influenza A and Dr. Volkner was beyond unprofessional. Volkner issued me ultimatums for unnecessary testing and was eating snacks on the floor instead of caring for patients such as myself. Once you are all done with every test known to man for basic care and well known symptoms of a virus, they will bill you senseless. Aside from that Dr s lack of empathy we have Lisa Minich and Patricia Callan who are also the gems of unprofessionalism and you will have to visit them personally to get anything taken care of in the billing and customer service department. Attached are close ended apology letters which in summary say Oh we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience give us a try again . AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS!
