I have been using tech21 cases for my iPhones for years and keep recommending them to nearly everyone with an iPhone. Such a slick design and grand protection!
I do not write reviews often, but I am now since I was beyond delighted with the customer service I received recently and couldn't be grateful enough for it. I asked for a replacement based on my warranty due to a specific issue with my case and they helped me out quickly and in a friendly manner and my brand new replacement case arrived in no time. Indeed, I had had some issues with their customer service some time ago, but they have apparently improved a whole lot; rarely am I so impressed by customer service as I was this time round! Can't recommend tech21 enough!
