I recently leased a new Volvo XC60 from Bob at Smythe Volvo. Bob spent time with me on the phone as we tried to cherry pick the perfect XC60. After that my wife and I drove for an hour (it was worth it) to meet with him at the dealership. The car was ready to be test driven and Bob worked hard getting my payment to where it needed to be. Shaun took us from there and went over all the lease numbers. Energetic, helpful, and transparent, Shaun answered all my questions in perfect detail. When we were all done Bob wouldn't even let us leave without going over the car's functions, which showed that he really cared.

I have not had this great of an experience at a dealership in a very long time.
