I have stayed at Rockliffe every year from 2011to 2018,having taken golf parties for a Sunday Driver,first year there were 8 in the party after that the numbers increased to 28 Golfers over the years also I have taken a Golf party of 12 for the last 3years and not one complaint the Staff are a credit to the Hotel nothing is to much bother,I know things happen that we are not satisfied with and if I,m being honest everyone one of us could find cause to complain about something,but at Rockliffe Hall you would have to look very hard to find fault,if I had a complaint it would be the cost of drinks but then you are after all in a 5* Hotel and expect to pay for that service.
