I was very disappointed with how they managed our property, as another reviewer stated, every rent inspection was done by someone new and they were incredibly unprofessional in our dealings with them.

I was appalled by the state of our property when driving past and asked to go to a property inspection. Unfortunately, the inspection time was cancelled by the property manager and instead of allowing me to come to the next one, they organised it without informing.

Upon our final inspection, I discovered extensive wall damage which ended up costing us a lot in repairs and loss of income.

The property was left in a disgrace, nothing cleaned, and the garden dead. When we tried to recoup the money from the tenants bond, we were told we couldn t cover the costs.

The property would have never been in such a terrible state had they conducted property inspections properly. They also forgot to get the tenants to complete a pest inspection and we had to remind them on how to do their job.

I honestly don t know what we paid them to do but very glad we only had to endure their unprofessional service for 1 year.

We now have hired a new property manager who has got us more money for our property, actually conducts thorough rent inspections and contacts us if their are any issues. I am so thankful we don t have to deal with Housesmart any longer!
