As of 11/30/20, There has been no remedy in this case. Julian properties has not returned my deposits. I do not understand how a company can stand behind rental properties that endanger the health of its tenants. I am going to file lawsuits and ask for monies beyond the deposit if they do not pay me within 7 days. I may also contact the media and other outlets to post pictures and video.

Rented a property in Winter Garden, FL that was found to have multiple types of toxic mold. Subsequent to health issues and mold testing, I acquired a lawyer. Remediation was refused by Julian properties and this property has been on websites for over 30 days without remediation. I was also exposed to internal chemical burns because someone thought it was a good idea to spray Kaboom in the AC Unit. Picture below.

Julian properties should not have a property management division if this is your standard and response to a very serious matter. Renters beware.
