Had a great time visiting the sanctuary. Well worth the trip out of town to see it. We planned our trip from Denver by picking up some sandwiches and bottled drinks for the road. Kids fell asleep on the way there, but when we got there, they were ready to explore. Depending on the weather, animals might be out and about. Bring a set of binoculars and your camera.
