Crossfit Loudon has created a truly special community built on the foundations of amazing coaches.

Classes at this box range from 3 to 10 people, with the exception of special events like Murph or Friday night lights. I've tried all of the crossfit gyms in the area (sterling, reston and Tysons) and decided on this one, even though it's the furthest from me.

Since the classes are small the coaches get to spend a lot of one on one time with you. As a rookie to crossfit this really helped me the first three months I was here, as each class was like a personal training session. No matter what your skill level is the teachers are focused on helping you succeed in a safe and fun environment. A couple weeks ago I brought my younger sister in (20 y/o) and this was her first crossfit class. Our coach spent almost the entire class with her helping her understand the fundamentals and teaching her the techniques. Very attentive and supportive. Made a strong impression on both me and my sister.

My only regret is that I travel a lot for work now and can only make it here 5 or so times a month. Of the 50+ boxes I've tried at home here in Virginia and across the country, Crossfit Loudon is my favorite. Frank, Matt, Matt 2.0, Nick, Naomi, and Brandi. Thank you all and keep up the great work!
