Horrible customer service and quality control and **update**

I purchased a whole house filtration system on 12/23/19. Received the product damaged. The bolts weren't tightened down on the housings and on housing was cracked where the nipple was installed. They blamed it on shipping and it was clearly not due to FedEx. It was sent from the warehouse damaged..
I spoke to 3 different customer service reps and not one of them knew what was going on. I was told a new system would be sent out on Fri 12/27/19 as I returned the damaged unit back to FedEx that evening. I never received another tracking number for the new order. Spoke to two more reps, again no idea what was happening. Called again on Sat 12/28/19 and was told the product will be delivered on Tuesday 12/31/19. I called today 12/30/19 to confirm and was told they would have to call me back. An hour and a half later I called back and was told it never shipped on Sat and will ship today.... Canceled my order...

**Update...I received a call from the manager who will look into this matter...
**Gerard, the manager will overnight a new unit today...
