Fenwick Inn an isolated incident? Then treat it as one. You did not have permission to run the card a second time. You declined the card. I tried contacting your facility immediately!!! I was placed on hold over 15minutes. I called back and was told a manager was not available and to call back another day. I booked another hotel because yours obviously has trouble communicating and then your illegally made another transaction without my consent.
