Nova West solar is a local company with a big-business mentality. They understand everything about solar. They have a roofing contractor and a qualified electrician. The installers were courteous and neat. After completion the yard was cleared of all packing materials and you wouldn't even know they were there.
The office manager Andrew is fantastic. He is polite and very knowledgeable about solar. Never gets upset even if you call him five times a week. (I know that for a fact.) After having our system for almost two years Andrew still gives me wonderful customer service. In my book he is the back bone to this company. I strongly recommend Nova West as a solar service installer. Carol Martin
