It s defantily not a scam. I used to work for this company. Over 7 years actuly. They train there collectors well. And yes I m sure you have gotten some bad calls. But thats from everywhere. I had a bad call from pepboys and it was a manger calling in to speak to me about an employee that I made a complaint about. The manager that called in ended up being way worse then the employee I left a review about lol. But to each it s own. I just see that a lot of you are yelling scam. And this department is far from that.
