As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Hawkeye Rec is an average company. Their service is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I had a pretty average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. The only downside was the customer support, which was a bit slow in responding to my queries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
