Service is excellent, and we had a least 5 hotel staff greet us before we checked-in. Lobby is lovely, and the spa is well worth your time. Ordered some room service while we were there, and came promptly and was as good as can be expected for room service - though the cake was absolutely delicious. Room itself was nice, but a bit odd to have space heaters to heat the room considering the price. Also noticed a cheap fan in the closet, so could be issues in the summer. No in room thermostat to adjust to how you want the temperature. Also the blind didn't fully open for the windows. All in all, a nice place to stay and enjoyed the surrounding area.
