Steamatic came through for us above and beyond expectations. Our family was driving south for vacation while Fort Wayne was having massive amounts of rain fall. Our basement flooded and we weren't returning for 10 days. Steamatic swept in, removed all of the water and dried the basement up. They used a lock box system to enter our home. This allowed us to feel our house was secure and we were taken care of. Steamatic took care of of every small detail of repair and restoration.
Again they came through and exceeded all exceptions of customer care. We would recommend this company above any other in Fort Wayne.
