Good Society but bad maintenance. After paying hug...

Good Society but bad maintenance. After paying huge maintenance amount to Collier, they are incapable to maintain society. Even they don't have qualified technical staff.
I m residing at Tower 13 and last 2 year they are unable to maintain and resolved problem related Electricity, STP water and cleaning of the tower.
Many past incident happened with Tower 13. Horrible
