I'm not one to write reviews unless I am greatly impressed by something a company or a person does to go above and beyond. Well this is the complete opposite of that and I thought the readers should know.
A waste of several years of website and SEO services. I agree with Dean S. I should have read the reviews before signing up. Nearly $1000/month for 2 dental practices sharing one website. I went with Sesame because they were local and did a great job explaining how they could help me build my practices. Hogwash! They schmoozed me and I fell for it. My IT guy was always having issues with our email service and I've learned through a practice consultant that my returns on investment have been sub-par compared to other companies and the fees were higher than average. As I began to build a new website with Company B, I called Sesame last fall to inquire about cancelling service. I was told, "cancel within 30 days of your last payment or you will get charged another month." Fair enough... I called today, 7 days after my payment posted and Brian (rep) tells me, "...maybe if it was closer to the beginning of the month." I asked if it would be prorated and he said no, this is their policy, no exceptions, no maybes.
Do your homework before signing up with Sesame Communications.
