Toni Seals Review of Tomball Regional Medical Cente...

Went to the Tomball Sports Medicine Center (owned and operated by HCA) in early August to enroll in water physical therapy. Was told the heater was out and pool would not open until it was fixed in about 2 weeks. I said ok, I was going out of town the second week anyway so I would start therapy when I got back. Got back, pool still not fixed but "we are hopeful in another week, or so"... NOT... Had two therapy sessions on land but doc specifically wrote for water. Was then told well, the matter has to go to the board and then waddle its way back down the chain again and it might be several months... MONTHS!!! Unbelievable they would even accept water therapy patients knowing that type of information not to mention, what kind of quality facility would allow a key feature of their physical therapy program to fall into such disrepair and have NO BUDGET to repair it and/or have to go all the way to the board of the Hospital System to get a repair approved. Why have the facility if you are not going to maintain it properly. Yet one more shinning example if why we avoid Tomball hospital and HCA hospital systems. Really very sad.
