This was my first experience purchasing a new car. After many weeks of research and test drives at many dealerships of various manufacturers I was interested in I settled on purchasing a Volkswagen Tiguan. The car is amazing and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. That being said it was time to to select the dealership to purchase from as this was very important also as after car care is very important also. Well I made the right choice going with Southgate Volkswagen. I was even more lucky to be paired up with Jackson. He was great to deal with and he was super accommodating as far as test driving the possible vehicles I was demoing for the day. Jackson also went above to try to get me the best possible price he could achieve too. But where Jackson really excelled was his professional demeanor and his amazing knowledge of the vehicles. He is a savant of the Volkswagen I would say !!! Great job on teaching and making sure I understood everything the Tiguan had to offer. And trust me it is amazing what features it has. That all being said please do your due diligence when researching price and make sure you get everything in writing while negotiating your purchase it will help in the long run when you sign the contract. I would not hesitate to recommend Southgate VW to my friends.
