Apparently Gibney's has been a pub in Malahide since the late 1700's and has always been a place of interest. It has a great range of beers and I recommend trying the Hope IPA or the 5 Lamps both brewed in Dublin. Take time to explore the various rooms. The poster of the 1988 Dublin millennium caught my eye. There are also photos of local Olympic runner Jim Reardon who competed in the 1950s.
