Customer service non-existent, impossible to contact an operator, but the worst thing is that after paying the requested amount of 230 by credit card, I was sent an email where they told me that according to their recalculation I had to pay an additional 170 otherwise they would not send me the policy. I asked for a refund immediately, we hope that at least for this reason they are reliable.
I recommend everyone to stay away as it is a blatant scam.
