Serviced my car here with an appointment and on time. Took 15-20 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I would be helped as I stood in the garage in front of my car. Eventually, I had to approach several people before finally being assisted. This was followed by Minimal to 0 communication regarding wait times, completion of my cars diagnostic, and the types of service I needed. Even after waiting patiently beyond the waiting durations they estimated, I had to find the individual working with me to get any update or else I wouldn't hear back.
Because the wait time was so extensive, they offered to shuttle me home. The person providing shuttle rides openly complained about giving me a ride, searched furiously through both his flip phone and iphone while speeding (often almost double the limit) and coming to extremely hard breaks when approaching cars in front of us; he continued using expletives while talking about me to who appeared to be co-workers/manager as I sat in the passenger side. Half way to my house, he gets in touch with someone still complaining about me, then turns the van around and continues speeding back. After we return to the facility, I made a complaint about the poor communication and the driver's extreme unprofessionalism to the staff with no apology nor explanation of the situation. This was not the first time I've waited 5.5 hours with terrible communication from the staff.

Furthermore, my original purpose of having my car serviced here was not resolved. I ended up taking my car to another place.

I would have been okay with the wait time had they done a better job keeping me the slightest bit informed; main concern here is with the wild shuttle experience.
