I cancelled in person as they require, and have called and spoke with a manager every month they have charged us since. After four months, and one annual service fee, I was told that I would have to come in again and cancel. Not sure if the staff and management are trained to disregard cancellations, or if they simply don t care. The management and customer service is terrible.
