Arrived at 8am to wait for opening of Info Counter...

Arrived at 8am to wait for opening of Info Counter at 9am.But the window didn't open at 9am.Instead i was told to go off with no explanation.I wanted to ask a few questions at the information window but for whatever reason was not allowed.All I wanted to know was whether it is true that the quarantine at Surabaya is to be paid for by the maid at a cost of Rm2000.
