Employees are rude, poorly trained, bad attitudes....

Employees are rude, poorly trained, bad attitudes. Even management. On repeated occasions I ve asked for things just for them to lie straight to my face with an attitude. Just today, we asked for an individual beef tenderloin. The meat guy said we have to go to the front for that. So we asked the manager in the front who insisted they don t sell them individually. Only by the case and was adamant about that. Low and behold, not 10 feet away, there was an entire open face cooler with about 100 tenderloins all for individual sale. They even had signs and a display with a mini TV playing a video about their tenderloins. It s been set up like that for months. THE MANAGER didn t even know what they were talking about but could not have been more certain that she was right. She must have walked by that set up a thousand times!! Lol She said, well the meat guy must be new cause we definitely don t sell them that way. Also, the product we did buy here on a regular basis is often damaged from improper handling so we now pay double to not have to deal with REstaurant depot and it s just a better product. Worth every penny.

We try to avoid coming here at all cost and much prefer Costco, food distributors, and ordering materials online.
