I am a board member at White Swan which is managed by Lisa Siegler from EMB. I am very thankful for all the things Lisa have done for our building in the past 6 months. She is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and patient. Before Lisa and EMB, we worked with another property management company which was extremely bad and failed to meet even the most basic requirements. Soon after switching to EMB and working with Lisa, everything started to change in our building and we are tackling problems one by one. As someone who experienced both bad and good property management in the past two years at White Swan, I am extremely thankful to Lisa for her services and I am looking forward to working with her and EMB for many years.
