The servicing of my car was a vary bad experience....

The servicing of my car was a vary bad experience. I bought a 2016 car and in two months, I started having problems. I could not go more than 30mpg for 120 miles. That was a bad day. I turned my car over to the service department and my car was held for 14 days.
I was told that a part needed to be ordered and over the course of 14 days I was told, it would be in tomorrow, it would be in today, its on the way, its not here. Overall, 14 days had pass. It took too long in getting my car back. Then, a day later, I started having the same problem again. I called and I was told to bring car in again. No way was I going to

held up again. My experience was BAD. There need to changes need to better the process.
