I called Jon Wayne on my way home at 3pm looking for quotes to replace my AC and they got someone out to look at my unit within an hour. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to show and explain several options for AC replacement. They were even able to schedule me to install the new unit next day. Overall a great experience with Jon Wayne thus far. Will update once new unit is installed
