What if we graduated ? We cannot even enter UTS? F...

What if we graduated ? We cannot even enter UTS? For study or some printouts? Very disappointed by services. I didn t even got my certificates just graduated a month ago and UTS don t even give access to use services.
I have ID too and security guard took it too. I requested him as I wanted to use PC but worthless.
In every suburb there is a library for services and are free. what's use of paying more than 80,000-90,000$ to a university who cannot give access to use services over weekend.
