We are probably in the minority but we did not enjoy our stay in our updated room as much as previous stays in the old rooms. The hotel room decor did not feel particularly "Pop," the new shower doors make the showers feel a lot smaller, and we had a hard time working the shampoo dispenser. The large number of USB ports and the really big flat screen TV are very nice. The Murphy bed requires clearing the area and the entire table to use and the room is a lot more cramped with it open. Staff-from housekeeping to Concierge, "regular" front desk, and food area are almost all extremely helpful which makes it a big surprise when someone isn't all that hepful on rare occasions. There is a terrific gift shop and large refrigerated food section besides the hot food areas. The arcade is fun and we really enjoy looking at the lobby displays from different decades.
