Pleasant trip to the Grand Canyon, however we went on a very busy weekend and they had 2 trains running that day. The other train broke down and we sat on the train for several hours waiting in a bit of chaos when they gave away everything from the snack cart, with little communication from the staff. Hopefully everyone has had some training and are better prepared for that kind of situation.

Tip: One snack, one drink per ticket and mark it, don't just take peoples words.
