Excellent place to see so many of the works of this master artist, his birth, his life, his growth as an artist, his influences, those who influenced him, his descent into madness, & finally his death. The frantic brushstrokes with a heavy hand & thick on paint are a sight to behold, along with his use of colors for poppy, contrasty scenes. This museum is a must see. May take you 2-3 hours to see it all. It's so worth it. Just know that you can take a camera inside, but there are certain works that you are not allowed to photograph, like the famous sunflowers, & you can't use flash on any that you can take a photo of.
