We bought an apartment in mid 2016 (in the project City Garden, Amstelveen) and we were told by the real estate agent that the apartment will be delivered within 18 months. After 18 months we received a letter that said, finally the apartment will be delivered in Feb 2018. In Feb, we received a letter saying March. And the letters kept on coming. From March to April, and now to August. Not to sure what to expect now. The builder stopped replying and the makelaar (Brockhoff) in this case is taking no responsibility. I would request everyone to be really careful if you are planning to do any business with Lokhorst.
