Great room, great communication with event staff from start to finish. Cherry on top was the hangout experience in one18 empire, the hotel bar, with our server Robin and bartender Viktor. Day of event in the Acadia room was awesome. Our company has held several events across Canada in various venues and I can say that the customer experience here was the best hands down. Big thanks to Erald for the 5 star service.
