I was so disappointed by the incredibly rude reser...

I was so disappointed by the incredibly rude reservation staff that I cancelled my reservation. I made a reservation online on the hotel website and received a confirmation email. I then received a call from a staffer stating my room was NOT available and they had upgraded me inadvertently, but they were NOT allowed to do that, so they only had small rooms left (at basically the same price as the small water view suite that I reserved). I was told the manager sent me an email, then in the next breath I was told there was no manager on duty to speak with. I explained that I travel frequently and if your room is not available they usually upgrade your room if they can not find a comparable room since it is their mistake. I explained that I had stayed at the Inn at Perry Cabin where the rooms cost significantly more, and I would rather pay more for quality service. She said - "then stay there" and she hung up on me... I called back and asked to speak with the manager but was repeatedly put on hold then told no one was available.
