I have had my HTC for the year or so but have traded it in multiple times because it shuts down and turns off whenever it want. I'm in the process of writing the company of such disappointment in the product. I hope they can send me out a new phone and not a refurbished one, because if not the company will leave me with no choice of finding a new and better phone.
