Great service. Great Team. We've been with Nauticon for almost 2 years and are tremendously happy with their service. I would highly recommend working with them if you are in need of copiers / IT service / Network Management. I normally work with Dan, Dave, Andrew, Vichai and James, and they are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.

We went through an extended power outage and Dave was on the phone with me for the better part of 2 hours and walked me through what to do with the server. He was extremely patient and encouraging, and I honestly could not have asked for better service in such a terrible situation. I would give more stars if I could. Hats off to all of the team members at Nauticon.
