I ordered a $1500 Christmas Tree from this place o...

I ordered a $1500 Christmas Tree from this place on 12-815. I then received an email on 12-9-15 with a tracking number. Which happens to be a fake number that doesn't belong to any of the major shipping companies. Called them and received the same ignorance as the other reviewers. No answer....leave a message...no return calls. Had I read these reviews I would have absolutely bought from someone else. I can't believe the other reviews where Sears and Wal-Mart are selling for them off their sites. This is ridiculous. Not one positive review and they have those endorsements. I am out $1500 and have no idea when or if my tree will arrive. How anyone runs a company like this and stays in business is beyond me. This feels like a SCAM. If you decide to buy from them expect the same experience as everyone else.

I actually called back after leaving this review an instead of hitting the option to track my order I actually pressed the option to purchase something....guess what???? They picked up. I blasted the lady and she said they are having computer issues and the tracking numbers that were sent out were in error and that they are internal tracking numbers. She was able to look it up and then put me on hold. Several minutes later she said my tree did not ship. She actually was helpful and had my tree shipped out today expedited.

The problem here is not being able to speak with a human being. If you have these issues try hitting the option to purchase and I assure you they will pick up.
