I have purchased several cars from this place in the past it was a good experience but this time It was awful. I had a refund from my GAP insurance for $2,312.51 they used $2,000 for a down payment. So I should of recieved a check for $312.51 but I only recieved a check from driverselect for $112.51 Driver Select kept my $200 saying overpayment for cancellation as down payment. Which is a bunch of bull. I talked to the people from the GAP insurance & they told me I should of gotten all $312.51. I know its not alot of money but that money was owed to me. I tried calling Driver Select left alot of msgs NO RESPONSE. So now I got a lawyer to look into it. I feel it's some shady business going on. It's official I'm done buying cars from Driver Select.
