After boarding our park bus in the early morning, we were on our way for one of the most fascinating and informative rides of our lifetime. Our driver was a true gem, and after making the necessary stops at the visitor center he headed into the park. We were driving 62 miles to Stony Point to hopefully see Denali. After many stops to see grizzlies, caribou, moose and the spectacular scenery we made to our turnaround point. Luck was with us and even though Denali had some cloud cover, we could see most of this magnificent mountain. Truly awe inspiring!
