GREAT EXPERIENCE! I've been looking for an e-bike for over a year. Test-ridden a lot. Made an appointment for a test ride and they asked ahead of time what I was hoping to demo, and they were prepared. Our sales person Liz was an absolute gem. Very knowledgeable on all the bikes we rode, gave us great tips. She was able to help my boyfriend and I together in the same appointment. Their website shows the store inventory and was accurately reflecting what was in stock. They're running a great shop! We got bikes that FIT well and we LOVE them. I rode to work yesterday (an hour each way with hills that I could not take without the e-assist). So happy with my new bike!!
