So first off when i switched my Bill Me Later to P...

So first off when i switched my Bill Me Later to Paypal Credit it has been only a nightmare ever since. First off I cannot even logon to my account because of a problem on their end called Too Many Redirect Loops. So when I try to go to their site I cannot access anything. So what happened was one month I missed a payment because before I knew about this issue I thought I would go on their site to make the payment. I went on after they were already closed so I could not call anyone. I assumed I could just make a payment online later in the day. So since I was late because of that I sent them a check to make my account current. So when I sent the check at the time I had no idea they have two different departments... No one ever told me they had two different departments or else I would of never sent my check to them. So how am I suppose to know that what am I suppose to be psychic? So of course even tho I wrote down all the write information for my other account they ended up applying it to the wrong account. I did not find this out until I received a debt collect statement in the mail. All this time I thought I was fine and my account was current. The messed up thing is they are saying that I owe a minimum of $348 even tho my account is only over by $142. This is so wrong they are trying to charge me fees for their error that is not my fault. Of course if I would of known my account was not current I would of just payed over the phone. So I called Paypal multiple times to try to fix this issue and straight up they are acting like I am the one to blame for their mishap. They said "There was nothing they can do to fix this issue". So pretty much they are saying that they cannot even help me with something that should be fixed. Thanks for no help at all.... Bill Me Later has turned into a nightmare for me they have made so much money from me and because of their errors I now have to pay even more then I owe to a debt collector. They treated me like a piece of dirt and will not even attempt to help resolve my issue this how they treat someone that has been using their service for years and I have never missed a payment before.
