I don't really write reviews but my experience at paul Stuart was so bad that I went out my way to write this review. The customer service there is terrible. For example I walked in because I liked an item I saw on the mannequin on display. I went inside to inquire about this particular item (coat) I had to look for customer service. When i asked about the coat the young lady told me that the item is upstairs.when i arrived upstairs a young man maybe in his mid 30s greeted me with a forced smile and told me how may i help you. I told him that I was interested in the in the item i saw on display. When he showed me the coat i wasnt sure if it was the same one and said it looked different. He raised his voice in a aggressive tone sounding defensive saying how so? I told him the item looked fitted on the mannequin to which he resplied in a sarcastic passive aggressive manner saying we pin the outfits you see on display, we gotta make money right? I responded telling i was not aware how everything works behind the scenes in clothing retail. He replied saying everyone knows that and walked away. I felt bad but tried to shrug it off and was looking at the other items he came back pointing the pins out on other mannequins and i thanked him for the info and walked away. He then proceeded to follow me around the store which discouraged me from shopping and made me walk out feeling humiliated. I do not like pulling the race card but he was rude from the top and following me around the store which raises an alarm in my book and this is the first time I'm experiencing this in my life which may have been why i took it so hard.
