Stay away. Order placed on for "sale" Holtkoetter floor lamp on 9 -1-17 with their website indicating availability - typically ships within 2 weeks. Then received email indicating backordered. Checked in October - assured order was place with manufacturer. Checked in November assured they would have the lamp in stock guaranteed mid December. Checked mid January 2018 and received form email indicating the product is no longer available. No proactive notifications. Called customer service and the company refuses to issue credit back to my credit card.
