Only reason my kids go to this office is convenience.

1. Front desk does NOT have customer service skills!

2. I am charged $25 a piece for shot records that's $100.

3. Keith and I did start off on the wrong foot, however we have a mutual understanding at this point for the sake of a common goal.

It can be frustrating attempting to communicate with the front staff over the phone, to the point you'd like to use very unsavory words towards them.

The produce a lot of sarcasm, and I give it right back.... you ask them a question & it's like pulling teeth. In the last couple of years my children have seen different "Nurse Practitioners" never the same one.

But...... this place is 5m from my house. When we move definitely will NOT be taking my children back.
